These terms govern use of Clipperly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Clipperly provides hosted booking, scheduling, shop administration, communications, reporting, payments integration, and mobile access. Shops remain responsible for the services they advertise and perform, their staff, prices, customer relationships, and compliance obligations.
A new eligible shop may receive one 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until cancelled. Displayed plan prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise; applicable GST is added at checkout. Upgrades may take effect immediately with Stripe-calculated proration. Downgrades require contacting Clipperly so current usage and plan limits can be reviewed.
We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party failures, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access. We may improve or change features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where Clipperly is acquired for business purposes, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Otherwise, applicable consumer protections remain. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and Clipperly’s aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.
We may restrict access for overdue payment, material breach, security risk, or unlawful use. You may cancel as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
